    Tandem insecticide uses a powerful blend of lambda-cyhalothrin and thiamethoxam, to deliver speedy knockdown and ongoing residual protection against a broad spectrum of pests both indoors and outdoors. Syngenta's proprietary iCAP micro-encapsulation technology protects the active ingredients against deterioration from exposure to environmental conditions by using various sized capsules as part of the scientific formulation.

  • Benefits & Use

    Thiamethoxam, one of the two powerful active ingredients in Tandem Insecticide, also delivers systemic control of target insect pests in plants and plant systems, quickly moving throughout the plant to eliminate honeydew producing pests like aphids, scales, and whiteflies. By knocking out this primary food source for insect pests such as ants, the environment becomes much less favorable for pest populations to flourish.

    Tandem Insecticide is labeled for effectiveness against more than 75 insect pests species, including but not limited to: Ants, Beetles, Boxelder Bugs, Carpenter Bees, Carpet Beetles, Centipedes, Clover Mites, Cluster Flies, Cockroaches, Crickets, Earwigs, Firebrats, Fleas, Flies, Grasshoppers, Millipedes, Mosquitoes, Weevils, Silverfish, Sowbugs, Spiders, Springtails, Stink Bugs, Ticks, Bed Bugs, Scorpions, Wasps, Hornets, Yellow Jackets, and more.

    Application Information: Tandem is intended for dilution with water for application using handheld or power-operated application equipment as a coarse spray for crack and crevice, spot, and surface treatments.
