Rat & Mouse Attractant by Liphatech is a non-toxic soft bait designed for monitoring activity or attracting rats and mice. Its non-toxic formulation contains no poison, but is made with highly-attractive food-grade oils and grains based on the same formula as FirstStrike Soft Bait.
  • Benefits & Use

Liphatech's Rat & Mouse Attractant is designed to be used for monitoring rodent activity in and around commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential facilities. Because it contains no active ingredient, the attractant is non-toxic, safe to use, and removes any concern of secondary poisoning.

Its formulation of oils and grains remains highly attractive, even in the presence of competing food sources, and may be used as an attractant on rodent snap traps for enhanced efficacy.

    Application Information:

Determine where rats or mice are likely to find and consume bait, such as along walls, by gnawed openings, in or beside burrows, in corners and concealed places, between floors or walls or locations where rodents or their signs are seen. May remove contents from pouch and apply directly on snap traps. Remove as much alternative food as possible.

For monitoring, place attractant in areas where rodents will likely find and consume it.

Mice: Place one 10 g pouch every 8 to 12 feet, or as needed.

Rats: Place one 10 g pouch every 15 to 30 feet, or as needed. Inspect bait regularly for signs of rodent activity. If signs of gnawing or eating of bait are noted, this bait should be replaced with toxic bait or traps until no new signs of rodent activity occur. Replace contaminated or spoiled bait immediately.
