ProBait Granular Ant Bait uses the powerful active ingredient, Hydramethylnon, to quickly kill fire ants, harvester ants, big headed ants, argentine ants, and other nuisance ants in outdoor environments. Scientifically formulated with the same characteristics of typical ant food sources, ProBait offers superior acceptance by target ants, who readily ingest the product and readily transfer the toxins throughout the colony, resulting in colony elimination in a matter of days.
Because ProBait is a bait that requires ingestion, other pesticides should not be used in proximity to or conjunction with applications of this product.
Benefits & Use
ProBait Granular Ant Bait is a ready to use product delivering superior results against mound buildings ants. It can be easily applied with a shaker bottle or approved granular spreader.
Target Pests
Imported Fire Ants, Native Fire Ants, Harvester Ants, Big Headed Ants, and Argentine Ants.
Approved Sites: Residential and Commercial. Outdoor use only. Per label instructions.
Application Information: For treating individual ant mounds, apply 2-5 tablespoons of ProBait evenly distributed around the surface of the mound with minimal disturbance to ants. For Fire Ants or Harvester Ants, broadcast ProBait uniformly throughout the area with a granular spreader at a rate of 1-1.5 Lbs per acre. For Big Headed Ants or Argentine Ants, apply ProBait at a rate of 1-2 Lbs per acre.
