  • Product Overview

Optigard Flex is a powerful non-repellent insecticide with a versatile formulation and flexible application methods for controlling insect pests both indoors and outdoors. Applied as a perimeter or spot spray, crack and crevice treatment, or as a foam, Optigard Flex is an odorless product that provides excellent control of honeydew-producing insects found in landscapes that serve as common food sources for ants and other nuisance pests.
  • Benefits & Use

Optigard Flex features a non-repellent formulation with low use rates that allow for maximum mobility and transfer of the active ingredient throughout the colonies of social insects such as ants. Thiamethoxam offers mortality via both contact and ingestion, speeding up the pest elimination process.
  • Target Pests

Optigard Flex is approved for control of listed pests including cockroaches, ants (except carpenter ants and Pharaoh ants), fire ants, yellow jackets, wasps and beetles. It may also be used for control of localized infestations of drywood termites, subterranean termites, carpenter bees, and wood destroying beetles and borers.

Please refer to the Optigard Flex product label for a complete listing of approved target pests.
