    Drione Dust is a low odor, non-staining silica-based desiccant dust containing pyrethrins that is effective against many common structural pests including ants, roaches, bed bugs, ticks, mites, beetles, and many others. Drione Dust can be used to control pests in residences, institutions, food plants and granaries, including within food areas as a crack-and-crevice treatment.

  • Benefits & Use

    In addition to providing residual pest protection for up to 6 months at a time in undisturbed environs, Drione Dust may also be used as a flushing agent to drive pests from their harborage areas during the inspection and identification process. With excellent penetration into cavities and voids and its non-staining formulation, Drione is a valuable weapon in any pest controllers arsenal.  

  • Target Pests

    Drione Dust may be used to control ants, bedbugs, bees, boxelder bugs, centipedes, cockroaches, confused flour beetles, crickets, dark mealworms, drugstore beetles, drywood termites, earwigs, firebrats, fleas, grain mites, granary weevils, lice, millipedes pillbugs, red flour beetles, rice weevils, sawtoothed grain beetles, scorpions, silverfish, sowbugs, spiders, ticks, wasps, and yellow mealworms.

    Approved Sites: Drione Dust is approved for use in residences, institutions (including food processing plants and warehouses, bakeries, beverage plants, restaurants, supermarkets, meat and poultry processing plants, hotels, motels, hospitals, and schools), and granaries. Please refer to the product label for complete list of approved application sites.

    Application Information: In Non-Food Areas, to control crawling insects such as Ants, Cockroaches, Silverfish, Firebrats, Spiders, Boxelder Bugs, Ticks, Lice, and Fleas in animal quarters, distribute Drione Dust at the rate of 2 oz/100 sq ft of surface area. Apply a continuous visible film underneath and behind stairs, refrigerators and appliances. Treat on, around and behind moldings, shelving, baseboards, pipe openings, cracks, crevices, and other areas where insects hide.

    For severe infestations, apply Drione Dust behind cabinets and walls, in crawlspaces and attics at the rate of 16 oz/1,000 sq ft of surface area. Repeat treatment as necessary.
