Product Overview
Bora-Care is a termiticide, insecticide and fungicide liquid concentrate that can be applied to all cellulose / wood materials to control or protect against termites, carpenter ants, wood boring beetles, and wood decay fungi. Upon application, Bora-Care absorbs into the wood and remains indefinitely, creating a protected zone that termites are unable to consume or live in.
Benefits & Use
Unlike liquid soil termiticides that bring a concern for chemicals leaching into nearby water sources and may have certain use restrictions, Bora-Care can be used on lakeside homes where soil termiticides may be prohibited. Bora-Care maintains its integrity and continues protecting the treated structure for many years following application.
Target Pests
Bora-Care may be used to control or protect against subterranean termites, drywood termites, formosan termites, powderpost beetles, old house borers, carpenter ants, fungi, and algae.

Bora-Care is approved for use in and around Residential, Institutional and Commercial Structures including Homes, Apartments, Garages, Museums, Public and Private Institutions, Schools, Hotels, Hospitals, Kennels, Stables, Farm Buildings, Trucks, Trailers, Warehouses and Non-Food Areas of Supermarkets, Restaurants and Food Processing Plants.

Application Information: For subterranean termites, a 1 to 1 solution of water and Bora-Care should be applied in a 2-foot band around the home to prevent infesations. The structure should be sprayed with a continuous two foot barrier wherever the home comes into contact with the foundation. Additionally, plumbing and other foundation penetrations, concrete and bath traps are also treated.
For drywood termites and wood decay, a 5 to 1 solution of water and Bora-Care should be applied to all structural wood.
